The Easter Menu Will Be Available at Rafele NYC and Rafele Rye

NEW YORK, NY, April 19, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ — Chef Raffaele Ronca invites guests to celebrate Easter Sunday by indulging in an exceptional holiday menu, steeped in Italian tradition, on Sunday, April 21, 2019. Crafted specially by Ronca, winner of The Food Network’s “Chopped,” the scrumptious holiday menu will be available at both Rafele NYC (29 A 7th Avenue, NY, NY 10014) and Rafele Rye (26 Purchase Street, Rye, NY 10580).

“We are thrilled to offer our guests a superb holiday menu featuring light dishes that represent the beginning of the new season,” said Chef Raffaele Ronca. “Our Easter menu is full of new ideas allowing diners to experience food in a whole new way.”

The Easter Menu at Rafele will include grass-fed veal with buffalo ricotta and house-made roasted tomato sauce ($18); Linguine Lobster Fra Diavolo featuring house-made pasta with poached lobster in a house-made roasted tomato sauce and Italian pepperoncino ($28); Roasted Lamb Skewers with eggplant and cherry tomatoes, rosemary, thyme, and garlic, served with cauliflower yogurt sauce ($35); Pan-Seared Halibut with asparagus gratin and shaved artichokes ($35); and more. The featured dessert is Chef’s newest creation, the Cannoli Della Mamma – a baked almond crust cannoli with buffalo ricotta, dark chocolate, and cherries ($13).
