Tell us a little bit about you.

I am southern girl from Alabama that had dreams way bigger than surroundings. I am most happy when I am with my best friend and soul mate, my husband Steve, and our 4 kids, ages 8, 10, 12, and 14. (Justin, Stephen II, Jasmine, and Jayla)

Tell us about your businesses?

I am on the Expert Panel at Forbes Magazine, I am a speaker on topics like leadership, entrepreneurship, team building, and relationships. I am a Direct Sales professional where I have built an organization of over 100,000 people, built a multi-million dollar business, and earned millions in personal income.

Where do you see yourself in the next 2 years? 5 years?

In the next 2 years. I am on a mission to help people take advantage of the GIG ECONOMY by learning how to build a successful “work from anywhere business”. I will be helping people earn 6 and 7 figure incomes by teaching them how to build a customer base through a sample first method. 99 percent of my business is done online. I also will be helping people who have existing business learn how to 10x their income, by capitalizing on social media, branding, and influencer marketing. I am also working on my magazine and podcast. Lastly, I am working with parents who have children that want to build a successful business, and develop super leadership skills in the process.

What is the greatest lesson that you have learned in business?

The people that you start with, won’t be the people you finish with. Entrepreneurs are the only people that will work 14 hour days to avoid working 8 for someone else. The entrepreneur rollercoaster is real. You will have many ups and downs.

Who you become in the down will determine what your next “up” will look like. What does it take to have a successful business?

When I was a young coach, I would give a cookie cutter answer to what I felt it takes to have a successful business, but I have grown to know that success is different to all people. To a person like myself, a successful business may be $1 Million per month in passive income, but for someone else, it may be $10,000 per month and debt free. In other words, it’s different because we are all different. My job is to find what a successful business is for the individual and help them get to that goal, while they grow their vision along the way.
